As the recipient of the 2023 Waterfront Toronto Mural Career Launcher, Wandy created a piece titled “Summerburst” which is now on display at the foot of Yonge Street and can be found at @smorgasburgtoronto.

“Summerburst" hopes to capture the energy of peak summer on the waterfront and celebrate cultural activations on this site throughout the year. You are encouraged to discover the dynamic forms of the artwork, where an apple peel morphs into spaghetti, a fruity summer drink becomes fireworks, and flowing forms evoke the undulations of the Simcoe Wavedeck. Enjoy the pop of colour and a Summerburst of flavour! This piece was commissioned by Waterfront Toronto and the Waterfront Business Improvement Area via OCAD U's Career Launcher program.
