Tiffany Chin is a Toronto-based illustrator who creates all things strange. Inspired by psychedelic posters and vintage advertisements, she strives to step beyond the boundaries of convention to create visually jarring imagery.

Sara Shoghi is a Toronto-based interdisciplinary artist with a Master’s degree inInterdisciplinary Art, Media, and Design (IAMD) from OCAD University and a strong background in Illustration. Her work is rooted in the dynamic interplay between 2D and 3D design, seamlessly merging digital and traditional mediums to create visually striking pieces that push the boundaries of visual storytelling. Sara’s practice is characterized by an exploration of diverse materials, techniques, and concepts, allowing her to craft artworks that resonate with a broad audience.

Her art often reflects contemporary themes, drawing inspiration from both personal experiences and broader social issues. Through her innovative approach, Sara aims to challenge conventional perspectives, creating immersive works that invite viewers to engage deeply with the subject matter.

OCAD U x SickKids Research Institute Exhibition - Call for Artists

OCAD University’s RBC Centre for Emerging Artists & Designers (CEAD) and The Hospital for Sick Children Research Institute (SickKids RI) have partnered to co-create an exhibition in the Great Hall at OCAD University on November 16-27, 2026. The CEAD and SickKids RI are inviting emerging artists to submit existing works for consideration. The responding artworks to be curated will be in dialogue with captivating scientific images or videos from SickKids Research Institute. 7-9 successful artists will each be paid a $500 Artist Fee.
