Disruptions

Notice: Air flow interruptions – 100 & 115 McCaul St., Friday July 3

Friday, July 3, 2026, 10 a.m.:

Please be advised that the HVAC units located at MCD 115 McCaul St. (Level 3) and parts of MCA 100 McCaul St. are currently offline. In MCA 100 McCaul St., the following rooms are impacted: Level 3: 325, 330, 341, 343, 366 and 361; and Level 4: 430, 441, 460, 466, 470 and 472. 

In MCD 115 McCaul St., Level 3 is closed to walk-in use, but CEAD staff are available in MCD 200, or virtually. 

Facilities & Studio Services is working diligently to restore service as quickly as possible.  Currently, there is no estimated time for completion of the repairs. As indoor temperatures may become uncomfortable, staff are encouraged connect with their managers and make arrangements to work in alternative spaces or remotely, when operationally feasible.
