Steps Forward Celebration Event
Join us for the Steps Forward Celebration Event in the main campus lobby on Thursday, September 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Drop by to celebrate the hard work of the artists behind the completion of the Steps Forward 150th Yellow Staircase Mural Project. Enjoy light refreshments and learn more about the artists, their creative processes, and the stories behind the six murals.
Mural artists: Mataya Guy, Dreamzzz (Lisa Shao, Minjeong Ju, Liam Ethan), Alexa Morrison, Jordyn Hendricks, Caylen Monroe and the Mature Student Collective.
Students, staff, and faculty are invited to explore the project, connect with the artists and, and take part in scheduled stairwell tours.
Tour Schedule:
Tour 1 – 11:45 a.m.
Tour 2 – 12:30 p.m.
Tour 3 – 1:30pm
