Global Perspectives on Creative Entrepreneurship

Location: Online via Zoom (45–60 minutes + Q&A)

How do creative projects grow beyond one local context without losing their soul?
Join us for Global Perspectives on Creative Entrepreneurship, a dynamic 45–60 minute online session led by Gabriela Román González, Founder & Director of Mentoras Creativas.
This session offers emerging artists, designers, and creative entrepreneurs practical tools for building sustainable, future‑ready practices. Drawing from international case studies and real‑world experience, Gabriela breaks down what it takes to expand your work regionally and globally while staying true to your vision.
What You'll Learn
  • From Project to Platform: How to clarify what you're really building and why it matters.
  • Scaling Without Losing Coherence: Strategies for adapting across audiences, partnerships, and contexts.
  • Sustainability Basics: Designing offers, income streams, and lightweight systems that support long-term growth.
  • Case Studies from Mentoras Creativas: Real examples of creative entrepreneurship in action.
  • Closing Exercise + Q&A: Identify one "next move" you can take immediately, and the support systems that make it possible.
