Dates & Deadlines

Begin planning courses in preparation for course registration dates and times, using Self-Service. For assistance, please visit our help article about which courses to register for, including tutorials (available for 2026-27 starting June 18) to support undergraduate students (BA, BDes, BFA) at each year level in course registration.  
 

Undergraduate students (BA, BDes, BFA) can learn more about taking Spring/Summer courses by reading our help article.  
 
Graduate students (MA, MDes, MFA) must maintain continuous enrolment in their program until graduation by registering for courses throughout the academic year, including the Fall, Winter and Spring/Summer terms.

Registration closes at 11:59 p.m.

Program priority restrictions and waitlists have ended. Registration continues on a first come, first served basis. Use our help article on how to find courses with open sections. 

Most of the remaining registration restrictions end. Many courses have restrictions that only allowed students in certain Major Programs or Year Levels to register. Once these restrictions end, all students who have the necessary requisites can register for these course if there is space available. Log on to Self-Service, search for Open Sections Only and filter on Unrestricted All (under Course Type at the bottom of the left-hand column) to explore options. Students may add themselves to the Waitlist for the course if it is full.
