In May 2026, the International Programs & Collaboration Office is offering a co-curricular opportunity in Nassau, Bahamas. This program is tailored to students working in all mediums and creative disciplines and is designed to strengthen their professional practice through hands-on learning. The workshop series goes beyond observation by fully immersing participants in the Bahamian artistic and cultural scene by meeting and learning directly from local artists, community members, entrepreneurs, and conservation specialists. Over the course of twelve days, students will create a collaborative artwork that reflects and integrates their experience in Nassau. The final piece will be exhibited at Fuze Caribbean Art Fair in Fall 2026. By the end, participants will walk away with new insights and perspectives that they will be able to apply in their creative and professional practice in meaningful ways long after the experience.
This international workshop series is hosted by Baha Mar Foundation, in collaboration with the International Programs & Collaborations Office (IPCO) at OCAD University and I.C.E. (Incubator for Collaborative Expression.
