Forest Therapy Session with Sock Gee

Wander slowly, breathe deeply, and gather in ritual. This small-group meditative nature walk and tea ceremony invites participants into a quiet, sensory experience rooted in mindfulness, presence, and environmental connection—an intimate offering for up to 10 guests.

About Sock Gee 

Sock Gee is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association on Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. A resident of Mississauga who loves to wander and explore in nature, she is eager to share the many benefits of Forest Bathing with the community. Sock Gee believes that re-membering that we are part of nature leads to harmonious relationship with others and the more-than human world.
