Derek Sullivan holds an MFA from the University of Guelph (2002) and a BFA from York University (1999). He works across media; including drawing, installation, artist's books, multiples, print, and other distributed forms.
He is solo exhibitions include the Maclaren Art Centre, Barrie (2019); Oakville Galleries (2015); Dunlop Art Gallery, Regina (2017); The Power Plant, Toronto (2011); Kiosk, Ghent (2011); Whitecolumns, NYC (2008); amongst others. His work has been acquired for the permanent collections of museums here and abroad, including The Art Gallery of Ontario, The National Gallery of Canada, FRAC Provence-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur, Getty Museum and Archives.
