Celebrate the holiday season with KAPISANAN Philippine Centre by making a parol as part of Pasko sa KULTURA 2025 programming! You'll learn the cultural significance of the parol (holiday star lantern) in the Philippines and then learn how to craft your own with artist and educator Maria Patricia Abuel. You will also have the opportunity to be part of Kislap ng Kapwa (Spark of Shared Humxnity), an art installation at Pasko sa Kultura 2025 Filipino Winter Art Festival by displaying your parol alongside parols by community members.
