Sin Tung Ng (Steffi) bio:

Sin Tung Ng (Steffi) (she/her) explores the complexities in immigration experiences, specifically the Asian diaspora, through curation, photography and writing. Her practice also centres on creating joyful, participatory spaces to amplify marginalized voices and facilitate cross-cultural exchanges. 

Sin Tung/Steffi’s curatorial work has been featured at the Onsite Gallery, Xpace Cultural Centre, Unit 270 and the Graduate Gallery. As a co-founder of the curatorial collective GAS, she is the recipient of The Delaney Family Emerging Curator’s Prize and the current curator-in-residence at NAMARA Curatorial Studio.  
Also an emerging photographer, Sin Tung/Steffi works primarily with self-portraits and family archival photos, investigating how time can change one’s features and memories as an immigrant.

OCAD U x SickKids Research Institute Exhibition - Call for Artists

OCAD University’s RBC Centre for Emerging Artists & Designers (CEAD) and The Hospital for Sick Children Research Institute (SickKids RI) have partnered to co-create an exhibition in the Great Hall at OCAD University on November 16-27, 2026. The CEAD and SickKids RI are inviting emerging artists to submit existing works for consideration. The responding artworks to be curated will be in dialogue with captivating scientific images or videos from SickKids Research Institute. 7-9 successful artists will each be paid a $500 Artist Fee.
