OCAD University partners with MyCreds™ to provide secure, digital access to official student documents. To request a digital document, please complete and submit our Request for Official Documents Form. If you don’t remember your OCAD U ID number, please complete the form as best you can. If we need more information, we will contact you. Subject to your account being in good standing, the process of releasing official document involves coordination across multiple offices, with a standard timeline up to 10 business days.

Documents issued through MyCreds™ are authentic, tamper-evident, legally valid, and can be securely shared with colleges, universities, employers, governments, and other third parties. Those documents are updated on the 15^th of each month. If you have an urgent need please email reghelp@ocadu.ca
