(Wo)man and Environment

A poster featuring text describing the date and time of the event.

(Wo)man and Environment, an exhibition by Nithikul Nimkulrat, to be held in Co Space, Craft Ontario, August 8–19, 2020. This retrospective exhibition presents a selection of Nithikul’s paper sculptures from three art series created between 2005 and 2020 – Seeing Paper, Paper World and The White Forest.

The exhibition aims to illuminate ways in which our everyday lives as individuals with different personalities and temperaments are surrounded by artificial and natural environments, most of which are so ordinary that we may not realize their importance until they are no longer with us. This is to emphasize that humans and environments are inseparable and will continue to affect one another.

Craft Ontario’s new public hours are 2:00 – 6:00 pm, Tuesday – Saturday. To avoid wait times, you can book your visit by phone (416 921 1721) or email shop@craftontario.com.
