The City of Toronto is holding a Community Meeting, which is a public event to review the re-zoning application that was submitted by the university to the City of Toronto for a five-story expansion at the north end of 100 McCaul Street. City staff and the consultant team will present an overview of the application and will listen to questions and comments. 

January 15, 2020
5:30 to 6:00 p.m.: Open House
6:00 to 7:30 p.m.: Presentations and Q&A
Level 3, 115 McCaul Street (Rosalie Sharp Pavilion)

The application being reviewed proposes a five-storey addition to the existing four-storey  building at 100 McCaul at the north end of the property. The addition would be comprised of program space that supports the University’s studio-based curriculum. View a copy of the Preliminary Report providing background information (PDF).

Note that this community consultation is part of the City of Toronto Re-zoning application process.
