Summer Term Registration Opens
April 1 at 9 a.m.

Log into myOCADU and My OCAD U Records, plan your courses and, when registration opens, click on the Register button.

How-to guides are available in the Support section of myOCADU. If you'd like one-on-one assistance, drop by the lobby of 100 McCaul from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m today and tomorrow, or visit the Office of the Registrar or Graduate Studies Office during regular business hours.

Things to know about
myOCADU and My OCAD U Records

Have you tried logging into myOCADU? Planned your courses using My OCAD U Records? Here are some things you should know:

  • You can plan only those courses that have been scheduled. This means that you should include only those courses that are being offered in the summer term into your schedule for now
  • Planning your courses doesn't mean you've registered. Remember: yellow means planned, green means registered. If you've planned your schedule, all you'll need to do when registration opens is click the 'Register' button
  • Registration for summer isn't open yet. You'll receive a message from the Office of the Registrar later this week to confirm the date
  • Detailed information on using My OCAD U Records is available on the OCAD U website and in the Supportsection of myOCADU

  • Check out the user documentation on the OCAD U website or in the Support section of myOCADU
  • Email with your student number, username you’re using to log in, details about the issue you’re experiencing and contact info so we can follow-up with you

myOCADU launches on Monday, March 23!

myOCADU launches today, and with it the Summer Course Catalog!

Beginning today, you will be able to log in to myOCADU and use a new student planning tool to:

  • View the summer course catalogue
  • View progress towards your degree
  • Plan out your schedule for summer courses

If you have planned your schedule in advance, on the day registration opens, you can register for your courses with the click of a button.

Later this week you'll receive an email from the Office of the Registrar confirming the registration date. Step-by-step instructions will be available online and will also be available in myOCADU under the header Support.

What is myOCADU?

OCAD University is launching myOCADU as a one-stop shop for everything you need to do online.

It's a multi-year project that is replacing a number of different systems at the university. So far, the university has launched sections for administrators like finance, human resources/payroll and admissions modules. myOCADU has also been launched for employees and budget holders.


On Monday, March 23, the university will launch myOCADU for students. Through My OCAD U Records, you will be able to:

  • Check your progress towards degree requirements
  • View the course catalogue
  • Plan and register for courses
  • View fees and account balances

Through myOCADU, you will also have access to:

  • Student account information
  • Student email
  • Canvas
  • AV loans
  • Print account

...and much more!

Stay tuned to your email for updates on the launch and for details on how to access myOCADU.

Service Interruption: My Records

March 19, 2015

As part of the launch of myOCADU, My Records was unavailable as of March 13.

No changes can be made to your record until March 22 (this includes address updates and password and/or PIN changes).

No refunds can be issued the week of March 16.

Regular service will resume on March 23 with the launch of myOCADU.
