The OCAD University telephone system is an integrated communications system, comprised mostly of VoIP phones and other IP telephony elements. The many features of this system allow easy communication within and outside of the University. IT Services provides support for office phones, voicemail, and teleconferencing accounts.
How to Request This Service
The cost of a new phone is covered by the departmental budget.

Phone service is available 24/7, support is available from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
