Special Event Support
The AV Help Desk provides support for events including visiting speakers, workshops, meetings and gallery shows. Support services include set up and tear down of presentation equipment, teleconferencing, and videoconferencing support. We strive to find solutions to common and not so common challenges, please contact us to discuss your needs.
How to Request This Service
We can not guarantee that support resources will be available without a minimum of two weeks notice. Please plan ahead.
There is no charge for set up and tear down of small to medium sized events provided adequate notice is given (two weeks). Additional charges for onsite and after-hours support is $40/hour.
