Short for “Dialectical Behavior Therapy,” DBT is a skills –based group to learn more skills to self-regulate emotions, to better tolerate stress, improve our communication in relationships, and cultivate mindfulness. Led by Counsellors Courtney Ward (she/her) and Reiko Obokata (she/her).
