LAST CALL to clear lockers; get in touch by July 28

Emailed to all students and 2020 or 2021 graduates on behalf of the Gradual Opening team:

This is a last call to students and graduates for retrieving items from lockers in preparation for OCAD University to reopen this fall. 

If you have items in lockers, and have not already put in a request to come retrieve or hold your items, you must get in touch with gradualopening@ocadu.ca by July 28, 2021 at the absolute latest.

With your message, include the following: 

  • Your name and student number 
  • The building and floor where the locker is located 
  • The locker number (if available)
  • The locker combination (if available)

OCAD University’s Gradual Opening team will arrange for you to come to the campus to pick up your items by July 30. If you’re unable to come to the campus by July 30, please request for your items to be bagged and held*. 

*Items requested for holding must be collected by Friday, September 17. After this date, remaining items will be donated or disposed of.

Preparing to come to campus

  • Familiarize yourself with our safety protocols.
  • You are required to wear a mask or face covering at all times (note: individuals who are exempt from wearing a mask or face covering include people who are reasonably accommodated, in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code). 
  • You will be asked the COVID-19 screening questions upon arrival, prior to entry.
  • Hand sanitizer is available upon arrival.
