OCAD University and the Ontario Government’s GO-VAXX Clinic are hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.

The clinic will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Room 187 at 100 McCaul St. Masks must be worn at the clinic.

The COVID-19 Pfizer bivalent and monovalent vaccines will be available. Individuals are required to bring their OHIP card, or a piece of government issued ID.

If you received a vaccination dose outside of province, proof of vaccination is required to proceed with providing an Ontario-approved vaccine. A photo of the proof or the actual confirmation is sufficient. If you don't have proof but have stated that you previously received a vaccine, it would have to have been received 28 days prior to January 25, 2023.

Walk-ins are welcome, or book an appointment.
