There is a new name in town and it is the Faculty of Arts and Science.
Formerly known as the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the School of Interdisciplinary Studies, or FoLAS/SIS, the Faculty of Arts and Science's new name and structure align with OCAD University's goals of interdisciplinarity and accessibility.
The Faculty of Arts and Science unites a diversity of programs, including Digital Futures, Creative Writing, Indigenous Visual Culture, Visual and Critical Studies and the Liberal Studies department.
Please note this name change in any material that refers to LAS, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences, FoLAS/SIS, etc.
It will take some time to fully implement this name change across the institution, our program guides and digital records.
