 ### Institutional Work-Study Plan (IWSP)

OCAD U provides on-campus employment opportunities through our Institutional Work-Study Plan, which helps students gain work experience and enhance their resumes.

Students with demonstrated financial need, who are registered in an OCAD U degree program and are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons, are eligible to apply to positions created through the program. Available positions will be posted on the [Talent Network](https://ocadu-csm.symplicity.com/ "Talent Network").

IWSP is funded through Ontario's tuition fee set-aside fund. The plan is administered by OCAD U as per guidelines established by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development. Student jobs are funded on a cost-sharing basis; the IWSP provides 75 percent of the funds and OCAD U departments provide the remaining 25 percent.

A limited number of work-study positions are also available to international students through the [International Student Services Office](/student-services/international-students "Employment").
