An alternate economic system known as the “Black Market” or “System D” is dramatically on the rise in all global economies. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development recently concluded that half the workers of the world – that is, 1.8 billion people – are regularly engaged in System D economic activity. Under the Radar is an exhibition that capitalizes on this alternate economic system.
