2SLGBTQIA+ Drop-in: 2023-24

A mult-coloured rainbow swirl across the top of the graphic is inclusive of 2-spirited, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer/questioning, intersex and others. The words "2SLGBTQIA+ Drop-in" are displayed across the bottom, adjacent to a small OCAD U logo.

The 2SLGBTQIA+ (2-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, Asexual) Drop-in is designed to be a fun, positive space where OCAD U's queer community feels welcome, safe, and represented.

Field Trip: Visit Hard Feelings, 353 Church Street to see our group painting on display!

Over the past few weeks, participants at the 2SLGBTQIA+ Drop In have created two wonderful canvases that will be on display at Hard Feelings for the next few months.

Join us at 353 Church street to meet the artists and talk about how mental health intersects with art!

In recognition of International Trans Day of Visibility coming up on March 31, we will be exploring themes of trans visibility, health and wellness!

Dany Ko (siya/伊 or they/them), also known as MXKO, is the Youth Program Coordinator at Asian Community AIDS Services, taking care of the Queer & Trans Asian Youth Program and its participants. They are a multi-disciplinary artist who uses storytelling as a means of knowledge-sharing and community building.
