Students, staff and faculty are required to carry a valid OCAD University Photo ID card while on campus in order to access some of the buildings, areas and services on campus.

Lost Photo ID cards are subject to a $20 replacement fee that can be paid at the Facilities Planning & Management office (cash only) or you may use your debit card at the Cashier's window on Level 7 of 230 Richmond Street West (RHB 715) prior to visiting Facilities Planning & Management on Level 2 of 51 McCaul Street (MCF 220) for card replacement. Please bring your receipt as proof of payment.
New students, staff and faculty must present a valid photo issued government ID in order to obtain an OCAD U photo ID card.
OCAD University Photo ID cards may currently be obtained at the Facilities Planning & Management office located at (MCF 222) 51 McCAul Street, Level 2.
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Operational hours are subject to seasonal and holiday changes.)
