Nomination to Host University
The Office of the International Student Support & Exchange Programs will nominate you to your first choice and/or second choice university after the application deadline.
If you are nominated to the host university, you will be invited to complete their application. Instructions will be sent to your OCAD U student email account. It's important that you follow their application instructions!
Note that nomination selection is based on the total number of spaces available at each host university. If you do not get nominated to your first choice and/or second choice university, you will be contacted for an alternative.
Apply to Host University
The host university may ask for the following supporting documents along with their application.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Language proficiency
- OCAD U transcript
- Passport photo/copy of passport
- Reference letters
- Learning Agreement
Please be advised that you must apply to the the host university as well as to OCAD U. Nomination is not a guarantee of acceptance into the host university.
