OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS

Email Communications

The OCAD University email system is the primary means of communication between the university and you, particularly during the academic year. Letters regarding registration problems, transfer or program requests, academic standing, missed prerequisites, course withdrawals, etc. are sent to your OCAD U email address.

Students can check their email by logging on to Google Apps at OCAD U.

It is every students individual responsibility to check their OCAD U
email regularly to ensure important information is received.

If you have not yet done so, currently enrolled students can create a password for their account:

1. Log in to My Records
2. Select 'Email Account Password' from the menu

Have you moved?

During the Summer months, information may be sent to the permanent address we have on file. For the purposes of all official records and for any records or communications to be sent by mail, please verify that OCAD U has your current address and telephone number:

1. Log in to My Records
2. Select 'Address' from the menu
3. Change your mailing address as necessary within the system
4. Change your permanent address by submitting an Address Change Form (PDF) to the Office of the Registrar
