GRADUATION

Students must submit an application to graduate to the Office of the Registrar by the published deadline in order to be considered for graduation, both of which can be found below.

Note: All applications to graduate must be accompanied by payment of a $50 graduation administration fee.


Friday, July 19, 2013


This is the last day to submit an application to graduate to the Office of the Registrar for 2013 Fall Graduation without a late fee.

Late applications for 2013 Fall Graduation will be accepted until Monday, September 30, 2013 (TBC) with a late fee.


Monday, February 3, 2014


This is the last day to submit an application to graduate to the Office of the Registrar for Spring 2014 Convocation without a late fee.

Late applications for 2014 Spring Graduation will be accepted until Friday, May 16, 2014 (TBC) with a late fee. 


Graduation Assessments


It is the responsibility of all students that they be familiar with the specific requirements associated with the degree sought. While advising and counselling are available, it is the responsibility of students to ensure that the courses in which they're registered are appropriate to the program requirements of their Faculty. Each student is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of her/his own academic records.

A formal assessment of any remaining requirements for graduation can be requested by completing and submitting the form below to the Office of the Registrar (please allow four to six weeks for processing):

 

CONVOCATION

The Convocation ceremony will be held on June 6, 2013 beginning at 1:30 p.m. at Roy Thomson Hall at 60 Simcoe Street in downtown Toronto. Graduates should arrive no later than 11:30 a.m. at the Artist's Entrance.

Note: If you are allotted extra guest vouchers, you will be notified beginning May 20, 2013. Availability of extra vouchers are not guaranteed.
