TAX CERTIFICATES AND OTHER FINANCE INFORMATION

2012 T2202A and T4A certificates are now available.

T2202A

The 2004 - 2012 T2202A (Tuition, Education and Textbook Amounts Certificate) are now available through My Records.

Students can access a PDF download through their student access menu by choosing a tax year, launching the PDF and printing the form.

Requests for a T2202A prior to 2004 may be made in person at the Cashier’s office or by phone to the Student Accounts Clerk at 416-977-6000, Ext. 317.

Please note that T2202A Certificates will no longer be mailed to students.

T4A

The 2010-2012 T4A Certificates for Bursary and Scholarship Income is now available through My Records.

Students can access a PDF download through their student access menu by choosing a tax year, launching the PDF and printing the form.

Requests for a T4A prior to 2010 may be made in person at the Cashier’s office or by phone to the Student Accounts Clerk at 416-977-6000, Ext. 317.

Please note that T4A Certificates will no longer be mailed to students.
