IN-STUDY AWARDS

Fourth-Year Awards Program

OCAD University's Undergraduate Awards recognize achievement in each program at the fourth-year level on the basis of studio work, as well as for specific Liberal Arts & Sciences achievement on the basis of coursework completed. Awards are given as cash awards, and will be presented at an awards event in the spring. An application is required. The deadline to apply is Monday, March 25, 2013 at 4 p.m.

OCAD U's Medals will be given for each program at the fourth-year level as part of the Awards Program. OCAD U Medals are presented at the Convocation Ceremony. For information on the OCAD U Medals, see the  List of Awards.

Students are not required to apply for Liberal Arts & Sciences Awards, which will be given on the basis of coursework completed in the summer, fall or winter semesters, as outlined in the List of Awards.

Awards are differentiated from bursaries, which are distributed on the basis of financial need.

Results

Below are the results of the 2012/13 Scholarships and Awards Programs.  Recipients must meet eligibility requirements in order to receive awards and scholarships (see Policies and Procedures). The Financial Aid & Awards Office will send out confirmation emails to recipients by May 24, 2013 with details on how and when they will receive their award or scholarship. Students will be required to submit an online thank you and be cleared of all debts to the University (ie. tuition fees, library fees, fines, etc) before any award or scholarship is released.
