OCAD U Employer Registration Form

By completing all of the information listed below, the Career Development office will be able to help facilitate an appropriate student placement with your department.

Students who have registered with the OCAD U Agency will have provided information that determines availability, area of interest, their level of ability within self-identified skill sets and personal learning objectives. By participating in this program, you are helping our students gain real-world experience, with an added emphasis on mentorship and skills development.

Upon fulfillment of a placement request, the Career Development office will provide both supervisor and student monitor with suggested guidelines for how to create a meaningful work and learning experience. As part of this package, you will also be provided with information on AODA/Health & Safety training, monitor timesheets and their submission guidelines as well as compensation standards.
