The Yoga Program at OCAD University offers students, faculty and staff the opportunity to get fit and stay healthy during the school year. Weekly on-campus classes offer all-level yoga classes in various styles.
New to yoga? No problem! Beginners are always welcome; instruction is thorough and exposes students to a variety of poses and styles of yoga. So, whether you are doing tree pose for your first time or hundredth time, yoga can help you to have your healthiest, happiest school year yet!
All classes are coed and mixed level. Whether you are new to yoga or you are looking to deepen your yoga practice, OCAD University Yoga offers thorough instruction that is accessible to all. Participants will begin to explore and develop their personal yoga practice through a combination of breathing exercises, sustained poses and flows.
