Did you know that 20 to 30 minutes of physical activity a few times a week can boost your energy, improve concentration, reduce stress and clear your mind for creativity and inspiration?
OCAD U students who wish to be physically active, work out or keep fit, can take advantage of affordable student memberships at a variety of recreation and fitness centres within two kilometres of campus.
The following facility information, in order of closest proximity to the university, has been compiled as information only. OCAD U does not have formal agreements with these facilities, so students are encouraged to explore the options, tour facilities and ask questions in order to find the location and services that best suits their needs.
