Canvas guest access

This form is used to request access to an OCAD University undergraduate or graduate course in the Canvas learning management system by a user external to the university: this must be either a visiting faculty member who is not an employee or a visiting student who is not enrolled at OCAD U. Visiting students can act only as Observers in courses.

All additions need to be approved by the faculty member and an Associate Dean of the relevant Faculty Office. Please read and agree to the IT Services Acceptable Use Policy and the Confidentiality Agreement.
