If you require the following services please log in to IT Services Support and submit a ticket. You will then be contacted confirming your request. For submitting tickets, log in with your OCAD U faculty or student username (tl99zz or bdobbs).

- LAPTOP PROGRAM REVERSAL REQUEST - In order to request a laptop program fee reversal.
- LAPTOP PROGRAM DEFERRAL REQUEST - In order to request that your Summer fees are deferred (postponed) until the Fall Semester.
- SKYPE VIDEO CALLING SUPPORT- In order to state your technical requirements for a Skype booking.
- VIDEO CONFERENCING SUPPORT - In order to state your technical requirements for a Video Conference booking.
- WIRELESS GUEST ACCESS - If you require a single guest to have wireless access. If you require group access, please contact email@example.com or call 416-977-6000 Ext. 227
- CANVAS GUEST ACCESS - In order to request guest access to a specific Canvas course.
- EQUIPMENT SPECIAL REQUEST- If you require AV or computing equipment for either exhibition or critique purposes.
Please note: Personal Information submitted through these service request forms will be used solely for the purposes of technical support with these services and will not be retained or used for any other purpose.
