Undergraduate

All new, full-time, first-entry undergraduate students enrolling in first year for the 2016/2017 Fall/Winter academic year may be considered for entrance scholarships and awards. Most entrance scholarships do not require and application and are given on the basis of academic merit as demonstrated by high school average and admissions portfolio information.

Ada Slaight Scholarships

OCAD U has quietly been combing the country looking for Canada's best creative potential. Scholarship funding is available to support the most talented emerging artists, designers, digital innovators and cultural leaders in the pursuit of education at OCAD University. The Ada Slaight Scholarships were first established in 2012 by the Slaight Family Foundation in honour of Ada Slaight. The Ada Slaight program is the largest philanthropic gift for student scholarships in OCAD University's 138-year history.

Value: Nine scholarships valued at $6800 each, renewable to a maximum of four consecutive years of study are available. Recipients must maintain full-time status and satisfactory academic standing.

BMO Financial Group Award

Open to new full-time, first-entry, First-Year students who have demonstrated community involvement.  Awards are also based on academic merit, as demonstrated by high school average and admissions portfolio information.

Value: Two awards valued at $5588 each, non-renewable.


Delaney Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships


Value:
Six scholarships valued at $5000 each, renewable to a maximum of four consecutive years of full-time study are available. Recipients must maintain full-time status and satisfactory academic standing.

Graduate

All new graduate full-time students enrolling in first year for the 2016/2017 Fall/Winter academic year may be considered for entrance scholarships and awards.  Decisions are made through the Office of Research & Graduate Studies
