OCAD U Faculty and Specialized Teaching Awards

OCAD University's Faculty and Specialized Teaching Awards recognize outstanding faculty members and teaching assistants who inspire student learning, creativity and help students to make connections between the academic, personal and professional realms.  Teaching award nominations are judged in terms of the positive impact our faculty and TAs have on student learning.

These awards include:

  1. Faculty Teaching Awards (1 award available to faculty per Faculty: Art, Design, Graduate Studies, Liberal Arts & Sciences and School of Interdisciplinary Studies, Continuing Studies)
  2. The Inspired Teaching Awards (2 awards available to faculty, 1 award available to teaching assistants)
  3. The BLG Faculty Equity Award (1 award available to faculty)
