Experiential Learning Program: Partners

The Experiential Learning Program develops for-credit placement partnerships on a selective basis, with a wide range of leading organizations who are engaged with the philosophy of prioritizing learning over work.

For-credit placements

OCAD U offers several structured undergraduate courses in the Faculty of Art, Faculty of Design and Faculty of Liberal Arts & Sciences/School of Interdisciplinary Studies in which students can enrol to participate in a for-credit placement. On an independent basis, undergraduate students can also pursue Field Studies. Graduate students also have opportunities within their respective programs of study to participate in placements and residencies.

Co-curricular paid internships

We encourage employers to register and post paid employment opportunities on the OCAD U Talent Network.
