Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer student Peer Mentor in OCAD University’s Student Mentor Program. In order to participate, students interested in becoming Peer Mentors must have satisfactory academic standing, consistently achieving a minimum of 60% each session. Fill in the appropriate fields below. In order to match you to an appropriate new or first-year Student Mentee, response to some of the questions is required, others optional.

PROGRAM DURATION 2018

  • Peer Mentor Principles: In-Person/group training and support
    April 23 and 24, 2018
  • Student Mentee support and connection
    June through November 2018

Successful candidates will be contacted to schedule a brief interview (group interview options available). Submission Deadline: Friday, April 6, 2018.

Personal information in connection with this form is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection Privacy Act (FIPPA). Your information will only be used by staff in the OCAD University Campus Life office to deliver requested services through the Student Mentor Program. No other personal information will be disclosed without the consent of the Peer Mentor.
