- The Hotline contact will be able to answer a lot of your questions, including whether there is space in the courses you're interested in. If you cannot register because a course is full, they'll be able to put your name on a waiting list and let you know whether an override is possible or whether a new section is being planned.
- Some new course sections will be mounted if there is sufficient demand. Most new sections will be scheduled for Winter or next Summer. If your name is on the waiting list you'll be contacted at your student email address.
- Once you decide on a minor, it's in your best interest to declare it. The Minor Declaration Form (click for PDF) is also available on the Registrar’s website (print out and submit as indicated) and in each Faculty Office. Declaring a minor does not guarantee you a seat in a required course, but it does help us plan for enough course sections.
- If you have questions that the Hotline Contact cannot answer, he/she will refer you to a Program Chair, Student Advisor, or an Associate Dean and set up an appointment for you.
