STUDENT MOBILITY / EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Imagine spending a semester as an exchange student in the United Kingdom, Europe, Israel, Australia, China, the United States or another part of Canada and receiving credit towards your OCAD University degree! Living and studying in another country can provide you with a wealth of unique experiences to enhance your creative, academic and personal development.
International Student Services coordinates a wide variety of undergraduate student exchange opportunities with other leading art and design institutions.

Am I eligible?

The Student Mobility/Exchange Program is open to full-time, third-year students.  You must have completed a minimum of 10.0 credits and a maximum of 12.5 credits towards your program requirements prior to your participation in mobility/exchange (Year 3 level). You must also be in satisfactory academic standing with a minimum overall average of 70% at the time of application and at the time you participate in the program. For further details, please review the Undergraduate Student Mobility Exchange Program Policy.

How do I apply?

You must submit the Undergraduate Student Mobility-Exchange Application and required documents to be considered for the program. You may apply to a maximum of three institutions.

What are the application deadlines for 2012/2013?

February 13, 2012 for 2012 Fall Semester (Sept to Dec 2012)*
August 20, 2012 for 2013 Winter Semester (Jan to April 2013)

*Please note that ALL applications to Glasgow School of Art for Fall/Winter 2012/2013 must be submitted to OCAD by the February 13 deadline. Glasgow School of Art only accepts applications once a year in the spring.
