Transcripts and diplomas
An academic transcript is a confidential document and may only be issued at the signed, written request of the graduate/former student. All official grades recorded in the student record will be included. More information and the Transcript Request Form.
Request for Proof of Graduation
Letters/forms are normally issued five to ten business days from receipt of request and payment. A letter/form will not be issued if you have outstanding accounts at the university. Fees are non-refundable. Return the completed request form to the Office of the Registrar.
Request for Diploma/Certificate Replacement/Duplicate
To request a replacement or duplicate of a diploma or certificate, first ensure you have no outstanding accounts at the university, and then complete the diploma/certificate request form and submit it along with the related fee to the Office of the Registrar.
