What is Project Chroma?
Project Chroma is a four year Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project, beginning in early 2012, to replace OCAD University’s legacy “My Records” Student Information System. The goal of Project Chroma is an experience that provides greatly enhanced delivery of services and resources for students to better plan, manage and achieve academic success.
Through an intelligent and fully integrated information system OCAD University will create tremendous efficiencies and provide substantial opportunities for faculty and staff to better focus on student achievement and experience.
From the first point of contact to graduation and beyond, students and alumni will be able to track information and resources online, specific to their course of study including advising, degree audit, academic history, and financial information in a modern self-service format.
Project Chroma also includes replacement of the existing Finance, Human Resources and Payroll systems with modern fully integrated solutions to provide a wide range of process improvements that will benefit the entire OCAD University community.
