The Ministry of Labour has imposed a duty upon OCADU to provide safety orientation to ALL Student Monitors when they are hired. This is part of the Internal Responsibility System as required by the Occupational Health & Safety Act which holds OCADU and a supervisor personally accountable for the safety of that student monitor.
