HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL
Ministry of the Environment Requirements
Under Regulation 347 of the Environmental Protection Act, generators of liquid industrial and hazardous waste are required to register their waste generation facilities with the Ministry. Hazardous waste generators are required to dispose of their hazardous waste within 90 days of generation. OCAD has two HWIN Registration Numbers.
