Policies
As an OCAD University employee, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with a number of policies related to your employment with OCAD U. Policies may be found under the Administrative Policies section of the OCAD U website, and accompanying forms and guides may be found here.

Policies for faculty may be found under the Working at OCAD U section of the website. Academic Policies relating to students may be found here.

Required Training
Under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), OCAD University is legally mandated to provide AODA Customer Service training to all employees. Please access the training module here.

Under the Occupational Health & Safety Act, OCAD University is required to train employees in the safe handling of controlled substances. Please access WHMIS basic training here.

HR SPOTLIGHT

Our annual Employee Appreciation Event will be taking place on Thursday, June 13, 2013. In addition to celebrating employees' contributions over the past year, we will be announcing the recipients of the Award for Employee Excellence and the Equity Award.
