AODA ONLINE TRAINING MODULE
OCAD University is legally mandated to provide Accessibility For Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Customer Service information to all employees (administrative staff, full time and sessional faculty, technicians and academic counselors, class assistants and teaching assistants, student monitors, models, volunteers and third parties/contractors).
OCAD U has adopted the Council for Ontario Universities (COU) one hour AODA online training. If any employee has received customer service training elsewhere, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, the institution name, the description of the training information and training completion date.
Step 1: Follow the link:http://www.ocadu.ca/accessibility/ascs/ to begin the training
Step 2: Select your preferred training version (interactive or accessible)
Step 3: Follow the instructions provided on the screen to complete the training
Step 4: When you have completed the training, send an email to email@example.com with your name, department/faculty, and the completion date. By sending an email, you are agreeing that you have completed and understood the AODA Customer Service Standards content.
